HOA Information
Monthly HOA Meetings occur on the first Monday of the month, except holidays, at the park shelter, weather permitting. The meeting starts at 6:30 and typically ends by 7:30. Check the calendar and/or Facebook group for updates and changes
The yearly meeting is the first Monday of March at Christ United Methodist Church.
We host two dumpster days and two neighborhood yardsales a year- one of each in the spring and fall.
The neighborhood park is located at 15901 E 42nd Terrace S, Independence MO. The hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM, Spring through Fall. The hours may be adjusted due to weather. Check the Facebook group for the most up to date information.
